Duties Perform injection-based treatments including botulinum toxin (Botox), dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures with skill and precision. Conduct a variety of aesthetic treatments such as lasers and PRP Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to ensure satisfaction and safety. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage client consultations from initial assessment through follow-up appointments, ensuring clear communication and personalized care. Utilize salon management software like Aesthetic Record or similar Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products during demos and upselling suitable skincare or cosmetic products to enhance results. Engage actively in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and increasing brand visibility online. Support front desk operations including guest services, appointment scheduling, and managing inquiries with professionalism. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry with a strong background in injection administration of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. Nursing certification and knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and chemical peels preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and post-care instructions. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Experience with retail sales techniques including product demos and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes. Exceptional customer service skills combined with active listening to understand client needs fully. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
