Experienced Esthetician - Lavender Medi Spa Chattanooga, TN Lavender Medi Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and team-oriented Esthetician to join our growing wellness and aesthetics practice. Responsibilities:

Perform professional skincare consultations and customized treatment plans Provide advanced esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other skincare services Educate patients on skincare products, treatment plans, and home care recommendations Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Uphold all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols Support overall clinic workflow and contribute positively to team culture Assist in promoting services, skincare products, memberships, and wellness offerings Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Esthetician License Minimum 2 years of esthetics experience preferred Experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics setting preferred Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols Experience with microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced facial treatments preferred Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to overall clinic operations
