Role Overview As a contracted esthetician, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments to clients, including facials, peels, and other customized services. You will also play an active role in representing the spa on social media, helping to build our online presence and attract new clientele. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for aesthetics, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other esthetic treatments. Perform thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and professional workspace that adheres to health and safety standards. Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat bookings. Promote spa services, retail products, and special offers to clients. Create and manage engaging social media content (posts, videos, and stories) to showcase your work, highlight spa promotions, and interact with followers. Collaborate with the spa team to execute marketing initiatives and brainstorm content ideas. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times. Qualifications Current esthetician license in Tennessee. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an esthetician. Strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience managing or contributing to social media accounts (portfolio or examples required). Familiarity with trending skincare techniques and products. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule as a 1099 contractor. Reliable, professional, and punctual. Preferred Skills Certification in advanced esthetic treatments. Experience with social media tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, or TikTok. Sales experience or a proven ability to upsell products and services.
