Role Summary The Aesthetic Injector is a core revenue-producing and relationship-building role within the practice. You will be responsible not only for excellent injections, but for guiding clients through comprehensive treatment plans , supporting membership growth, and contributing to a professional, team-oriented culture. This is either a full-time or part-time, on-site position in Germantown, TN. Core Responsibilities Perform safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic injections including neuromodulators and dermal fillers Conduct thorough consultations and build customized, multi-modal treatment plans Confidently recommend appropriate skincare, devices, and follow-up treatments to optimize results Educate clients clearly and honestly on expectations, timelines, and outcomes Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely medical documentation Support membership enrollment, retention, and rebooking through strong client relationships Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve systems, outcomes, and client experience Uphold clinical standards, safety protocols, and brand expectations at all times Behavioral Expectations (Non-Negotiable) We are selective.
