Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Facials and Skincare Treatments:
Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs. Provide consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products. Administer general cosmetic procedures
Advanced Aesthetic Services:
Administer microneedling treatments to improve skin texture and appearance. Operate laser devices for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and other laser-based treatments. Ensure all advanced procedures comply with safety protocols and state regulations.
Client Education and Care:
Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Maintain client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Sanitation and Compliance:
Follow strict sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Stay updated on Tennessee state laws and regulations for esthetics and laser treatments.
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments. Offer recommendations to enhance the service menu based on emerging technologies and client demands. Manage product line of skincare and keep current on new products, order when necessary. Mental /
Physical Requirements:
Daily standing, walking, squatting, bending, and maneuvering May require lifting to 50 pounds Stress can be triggered by workload and difficult patterns.
Qualifications :
Active Tennessee Esthetician License. Certification or experience in microneedling and laser treatments preferred. Strong understanding of skin anatomy and cosmetic ingredients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
