A Different Kind of Esthetics Practice EB Skin is an esthetician-owned and esthetician-led skin studio specializing in results-driven, non-invasive skincare in a relaxed, welcoming environment. (This is not a medical office.) We attract clients who want to achieve healthy, beautiful, clearer, more youthful skin without altering their natural appearance and while avoiding that "overdone, fake look". What You'll Do You'll provide customized, results-focused services including: Customized facials and advanced skincare treatments Dermaplaning HydraFacial Chemical peels ProCell microchanneling Acne treatments Microdermabrasion Gua Sha facial treatments LED light therapy HeadSpa treatments Waxing Professional skincare consultations and home-care recommendations You won't be expected to arrive knowing every EB Skin service. We provide thorough hands-on training in our protocols, technology and product lines. An experienced esthetician can typically begin seeing clients within approximately one week while continuing to train on more advanced services.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Helping out at front desk Taking out trash Unpacking and processing orders Maintaining clean work environment Preparing beverages Helping walk-in shoppers Applying makeup Washing and folding laundry Attending staff meetings Attending training sessions Helping customers to their car Answering the phone Following up with clients via email

Who We're Looking For Required:

Current Tennessee esthetician license Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience Established client relationships in Nashville strongly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to perform the physical demands of a busy treatment schedule Consistent attendance, punctuality and reliability Total obsession with skincare Outgoing personality and calm demeanor A servant's heart Professional appearance But experience alone isn't enough. Client Building & Sales EB Skin invests in marketing and is responsible for generating new-client opportunities for our estheticians. Once a client is in your treatment room, retention is your responsibility . We want estheticians who enjoy building long-term relationships and take pride in becoming their clients' trusted skincare professional. We expect thoughtful home-care recommendations because great results don't stop at the treatment-room door. However, we do not have retail sales quotas , and we never want clients to feel pressured into purchasing products they don't need. Estheticians are encouraged to market their own personal brand through their own social media accounts. Compensation & Benefits This is a W-2 position with a four-day workweek for full time or part time options are available. Compensation combines hourly pay, performance-based commission and client tips. Established, high-performing estheticians can expect total hourly compensation in the range of approximately $40-$60 per hour .
