Job Overview We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and career focused Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments that help clients achieve clear and healthy skin. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including acne facials, peels, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, and microneedling. Provide exceptional client services. Educate clients on skincare regimens, product usage, and aftercare to promote healthy skin. Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics. Assist at the front desk as needed, managing appointments and client inquiries with professionalism. Assist with Social Media. Must be comfortable using IG / FB / Canva. Qualifications Valid TN aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Three plus years experience in acne and corrective skin treatments is required. Experience in chemical peels is required. Experience in Dermaplaning is required. Knowledge of ingredients is expected. SkinPen Microneedling experience a plus. HydraFacial experience is a plus. Face Reality Certified is a plus! Proficiency in software for managing appointments and client information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality services. Team Player. Must be comfortable working and help building a team. $20.00 - $80.00 per hour
