An Esthetician specializes in skin care and provides treatments to clients to improve the look and health of facial skin. Provides facial massages, applies special skin care products and attends to facial hair or eyebrows. Works in salons or spas or for personal clients.
We are seeking a licensed esthetician with at least two years of professional experience (medical spa or medical office preferred) to join our team. In this role, you'll perform a range of facial and body treatments with a focus on on-going treatment plans, guide clients toward the right at-home skincare regimen, and establishing long lasting patient relationships:

Requirements:
Current Tennessee esthetician license Minimum of two year experience working in a medical spa or medical practice setting
Responsibilities:
Perform facial rejuvenation treatments including microneedling, medical grade chemical peels, PRX Derm Perfexion, and energy device treatments. Perform facial treatments, including Hydrafacial, crystal & diamond microdermabrasion, lymphatic facials, house facials, and dermaplaning Perform face and body waxing Perform lash lift and tint, brow tint and lamination Recommend and sell retail products, educating clients on our product lines (ZO, Colorescience, Hydrinity, CauseMedic) Take before-and-after photos Document all facial services thoroughly and accurately Maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with the spa team to support overall client experience and satisfaction Contribute to social media content promoting services and specials•bonus if the candidate has an established professional social media account
Experience We're Looking For:
Hands-on comfort with facial treatments and modalities listed above Prior experience with these exact devices/products is preferred
Schedule:
The ideal candidate will see patients Monday, Thursday, Friday•full days AND Tuesday mornings or Wednesday afternoons. One Saturday per month. Method's business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 9 AM•1 PM Commission employees arrive 30 minutes before their first client Additional hours available via evenings, weekends, and administrative time for interested candidates
