Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, and trigger point therapy to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand health history, preferences, and specific pain points for tailored treatment plans. Deliver professional esthetic services such as facials, skin analysis, and other skincare treatments to promote healthy skin. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience. Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with health regulations and company standards. Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout each session. Stay informed on the latest techniques in physiology, anatomy, occupational health, and medical terminology to provide safe and effective care. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist and/or Esthetician in accordance with state or local regulations. Proven experience in massage therapy including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and occupational health principles. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately. Certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
