Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Deliver spa services such as waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures to meet client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards for all equipment, tools, and treatment areas to ensure client safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and provide personalized recommendations. Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and enhance client results. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continually improve skills and service quality. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Strong knowledge of skincare products, esthetic laser technology, and aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals. Experience performing waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing. Commitment to sanitation standards, safety protocols, and client confidentiality. Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products effectively.
