Job Description

Overview:
Professional Aesthetic Medicine Injector We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Medicine Injector to join our premier medical aesthetics practice in Conroe, Katy and Fulshear, Texas (candidate will perform in all three locations). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable, high-volume injection experience, with a strong focus on facial balancing and advanced dermal filler techniques. This role requires expertise in both neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, as well as proficiency in PDO Threads for facial remodeling and rejuvenation. Candidates must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas and possess a valid DEA number. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic injection procedures, including neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, with an emphasis on facial balancing and natural-looking results. Administer neurotoxin injections using products such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau. Execute dermal filler injections with
ALL ALLERGAN
& Galderma products including Radiesse, Sculptra, Voluma, Volux, Juvederm Ultra, and Skin Vive, focusing on advanced techniques for temples, tear troughs, and liquid rhinoplasty. Conduct PDO Thread procedures for facial remodeling and rejuvenation, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Assess patient needs, develop customized treatment plans, and provide consultations to educate clients on procedures, risks, and aftercare. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and state regulations. Document patient treatments accurately and maintain detailed medical records. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product advancements through continuing education. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience and uphold the practice's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications Mandatory Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, high-volume injection experience in aesthetic medicine. Expertise in neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau). Advanced dermal filler experience, including temples, tear troughs, and liquid rhinoplasty using Radiesse, Sculptra, Voluma, Volux, Juvederm Ultra, and Skin Vive. Proficiency in PDO Thread procedures for facial remodeling and rejuvenation.
Licensure and Certifications :
Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas (e.g., MD, DO, NP, or PA, as applicable). Valid DEA number required. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles to achieve balanced, natural results. Exceptional patient communication and consultation skills, with a focus on building trust and ensuring client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. Additional Requirements Provide verifiable references and documentation of injection experience. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain expertise in new techniques and products.
