This is NOT an entry-level esthetician position. We are hiring an experienced Texas Licensed Esthetician for our advanced aesthetics studio in Preston Hollow, Dallas.

ACTIVE TEXAS ESTHETICIAN LICENSE

You must currently be licensed in Texas. 2.

FLUENT SPANISH + ENGLISH

You must be able to professionally consult and communicate with clients in BOTH languages . Basic or conversational Spanish is not enough. 3.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS PROFESSIONAL ESTHETICS EXPERIENCE

School/training time does not count toward the 3-year requirement. 4.

COMFORTABLE WITH SALES

This is extremely important. Our estheticians do more than perform treatments. You must be comfortable discussing client concerns, creating treatment plans, explaining pricing, and selling appropriate treatment programs and packages. If you do not meet ALL 4 requirements, please do not apply.

ABOUT THE POSITION WELL ERA

is a boutique advanced aesthetics studio specializing in mature skin, facial rejuvenation, advanced technologies, and customized treatment programs. This is not a basic facial position . Our estheticians work with clients throughout their journey, including consultation, treatment, education, treatment planning, follow-up, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform customized facials and advanced aesthetic treatments Conduct professional skin consultations in Spanish and English Identify client concerns and help create appropriate treatment plans Educate clients about treatments and aftercare Discuss pricing and present treatment programs and packages Follow treatment, sanitation, and documentation protocols Track client progress and follow up throughout treatment programs Work closely with our consultation and sales team Participate in ongoing advanced training

SALES IS PART OF THE JOB

Please understand this before applying. We are not looking for an esthetician who only wants to perform services or simply "recommend products." We want someone who understands that great esthetics combines treatment skills, client education, relationship building, results, and sales. Strong performers can earn $2,000+ per month in additional commissions and performance bonuses , on top of hourly pay and personal tips.

EXPERIENCE WITH ADVANCED AESTHETICS IS A PLUS

Experience with RF, HIFU, IPL, LED/infrared, chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling, hydro-infusion, advanced facial devices, treatment package sales, lymphatic treatments, or post-procedure care is preferred. You do not need experience with every technology. We provide advanced training.
