Dallas, TX - Weekends Only Are you an experienced medical esthetician who is passionate about skin health, advanced technology, and creating meaningful results? Alive and Well is seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician to join our growing Dallas aesthetics team. We're looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable about the skin, confident performing advanced treatments, and excited to work in an environment where medical aesthetics, functional medicine, and whole-person wellness come together. This is not a traditional spa facial role. We are looking for a skin expert and treatment partner who can assess what is happening with a client's skin, understand their goals, and create thoughtful treatment plans using advanced modalities, professional skincare, and the broader resources available at Alive and Well. About the Role Our Medical Estheticians work with clients across the full spectrum of skin concerns, from acne, congestion and sensitivity to pigmentation, sun damage, texture, laxity and signs of aging . You'll perform both corrective and preventative treatments and help clients understand not only what treatment they need today, but how to build a longer-term plan for healthier, more resilient skin. Our Dallas aesthetics practice continues to expand its technology and treatment offerings. Depending on experience and training, modalities may include: HydraFacial (coming soon) Microneedling and regenerative treatments Radiofrequency and other energy-based skin therapies Medical-grade chemical peels Advanced corrective and customized facials LED and other skin-supportive technologies Lymphatic drainage and facial sculpting when clinically appropriate Medical-grade and professional skincare You'll also work alongside providers offering injectables, laser and energy-based treatments, functional medicine, IV therapy, restorative wellness, and other services, creating an opportunity to care for clients far beyond a single treatment room. What You'll Do Perform advanced, results-driven esthetic treatments safely and confidently Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assess each client's skin, concerns, lifestyle, goals, and treatment history Treat a broad range of concerns, including acne, pigmentation, uneven tone and texture, sensitivity, dehydration, congestion, sun damage, and age-related changes Develop personalized treatment plans rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to skincare Perform microneedling and other advanced modalities based on training, experience, and scope of practice Become proficient in our growing suite of technologies, including HydraFacial and radiofrequency treatments Educate clients on skin physiology, ingredients, professional skincare, treatment options, and appropriate pre- and post-care Recommend thoughtful home-care regimens that complement in-office treatments and support long-term results Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as their skin evolves Recognize when a client's goals may be better served by another modality or provider and confidently collaborate and refer within the Alive and Well ecosystem Maintain exceptional standards for safety, sanitation, documentation, client care, and treatment protocols Stay curious about emerging technologies, ingredients, regenerative therapies, and advances in aesthetic medicine Build lasting client relationships through expertise, trust, education, and exceptional results What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on esthetician experience required Current Texas esthetician license Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, conditions, contraindications, and treatment planning Experience treating diverse skin types and concerns, particularly acne, pigmentation, texture, and aging skin Strong knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare, active ingredients, and product formulation Confidence educating clients and recommending both treatments and home care A practitioner who is genuinely interested in results and long-term skin health , not simply performing services Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with a discerning clientele Professional, collaborative, dependable, and eager to continue learning Experience We Especially Value Experience with one or more of the following is strongly preferred: HydraFacial
