Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, esthetic laser treatments, botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, and skin tinting services. Provide professional makeup application and hair threading services to enhance client appearance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and cleanliness standards for all treatment areas and equipment to ensure client safety. Utilize salon management software like

for scheduling appointments, processing sales, and maintaining client records. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their goals, and delivering personalized treatment plans that foster loyalty. Requirements Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in skincare treatments. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic procedures. Proficiency in retail sales techniques to recommend products that complement treatments and boost revenue. Familiarity with salon software systems such as

for appointment scheduling and client management. Hands-on experience with waxing services including body waxing and hair threading. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety standards, and infection control protocols essential for esthetic practices. Ability to perform advanced treatments like chemical peels, laser hair removal, botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, and makeup application. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
