Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Service Delivery:
Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including massages, body treatments, and other specialized treatments, ensuring all services are performed to the highest standards.

Customize treatments based on individual client needs, preferences, and any specific concerns.2.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of massage therapists and estheticians, fostering an environment of collaboration, professionalism, and growth.

Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement among team members.3.
Guest Experience:
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome, are well-informed about treatments, and receive personalized care throughout their spa visit.

Gather feedback from guests regarding their experiences and implement improvements as needed.4.
Operations Management:
Assist with the scheduling and coordination of therapist appointments, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency in service delivery.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall spa operations and guest experience.5.
Treatment Development:
Stay updated on current trends in the spa and wellness industry, researching and integrating new treatment modalities and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Contribute to the development of spa treatment menus and special packages.6.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa facilities.

Uphold all safety standards to create a safe environment for both guests and staff.7.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and recognizing exceptional service.

Assist in conducting performance reviews and setting goals for team members.
