Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
1.
Therapeutic Massage Services:
o Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and specialized modalities as required. o Assess clients' needs and customize treatments to address individual concerns and preferences. 2.
Guest Experience:
o Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests from the moment they enter the spa until after their treatment. o Maintain professionalism by communicating treatment details and aftercare instructions to clients. 3.
Health and Safety Compliance:
o Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment. o Ensure proper use and disposal of linens and supplies in accordance with spa protocols. 4.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with the spa team, including estheticians, coordinators, and attendants, to provide a cohesive guest experience. o Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and collaborate on service offerings. 5.
Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate documentation of client records, including treatment notes and preferences, to personalize future visits. o Handle scheduling and appointment management effectively to optimize client flow. 6.
Retail Promotion:
o Communicate and promote spa products and retail offerings to clients, providing recommendations to enhance their wellness journey. o Participate in occasional promotional events or workshops to increase client engagement and retail sales. 7.
Continuous Education:
o Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and ongoing education to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Completion of a recognized massage therapy program and certification/license in massage therapy as required by state regulations.
