Esthetician Instructor

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetician Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring beauty professionals. As an Esthetician Instructor, you will lead dynamic classroom sessions, demonstrate advanced esthetic techniques, and foster a positive learning environment. Duties Deliver engaging lessons on esthetician skills, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin treatments. Demonstrate practical techniques such as dermabrasion, aesthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massage to enhance student learning. Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with industry standards and curriculum requirements. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students to improve their technical skills and professional confidence. Ensure all training complies with state licensing regulations and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments like hair extensions and hair coloring, and incorporate innovative methods into instruction. Requirements 100% Bilingual (English & Spanish) Availability to work nightshifts Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 4PM-9PM. Valid esthetician license with extensive hands-on experience in skincare and beauty treatments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, trigger point therapy, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments. Skilled in teaching a variety of esthetic services including facials. Expertise in advanced esthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, and deep tissue massage. Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring future professionals in the beauty industry..

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
