Aesthetic Injector - RN, NP, or PA Snug Aesthetics | Fort Worth, TX Job Summary Snug Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing team. We are looking for a provider who is committed to delivering natural, elevated results while creating an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and comprehensive treatment planning. Duties & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments Develop individualized, full-face treatment plans based on anatomy, facial balance, aging patterns, and patient goals Safely perform injectable treatments within the provider's scope of practice, training, credentials, and Snug protocols Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments Provide thorough education regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, alternatives, expected outcomes, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment care Obtain and document appropriate informed consent Recognize, manage, document, and appropriately escalate potential adverse events or complications Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including: Medical history and assessment Treatment details Product and lot information when applicable Before-and-after photography Follow-up plans Patient communications Conduct appropriate treatment follow-ups and develop long-term aesthetic treatment plans Educate patients on skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked treatment room Follow all infection-control, medication-handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with injectable inventory management, product tracking, and restocking Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and continuing education Collaborate closely with Snug's Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, providers, estheticians, and support staff Support patient flow and scheduling as needed Handle patient concerns with discretion, empathy, professionalism, and appropriate clinical judgment Represent Snug Aesthetics professionally within the practice, community, and approved marketing or educational content Clinical & Compliance Expectations Practice within the provider's applicable scope of practice and credentials Follow all applicable Texas laws, licensing-board requirements, delegation requirements, and standards of medical practice Follow all Snug Aesthetics policies, clinical protocols, standing orders, and SOPs Maintain current professional licensure and required certifications Maintain required continuing education Use only Snug-approved medications, products, devices, supplies, and treatment techniques Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation Prioritize patient safety and appropriate clinical decision-making at all times Communicate effectively with the NP/Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director Qualifications & Requirements Current, unrestricted Texas RN, APRN/NP, or PA license , as applicable Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong knowledge of: Facial anatomy Vascular anatomy Facial aging Aesthetic assessment Injection safety Complication prevention and management Experience with biostimulators and advanced full-face treatment planning preferred Current BLS/CPR certification Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Strong consultation and patient-education skills Ability to appropriately manage patient expectations Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively within a medical aesthetics practice Commitment to continuing education and advancement of injection techniques Professional, dependable, organized, and team-oriented Our Ideal Candidate Passionate about creating natural, balanced, individualized results Warm, personable, and confident with patients Clinically driven and committed to patient safety Collaborative and team-oriented Coachable and eager to continue learning Able to provide an elevated, luxury-level patient experience Values long-term patient relationships over transactional treatments Supports a positive, professional, drama-free workplace culture Excited to grow personally and professionally alongside Snug Aesthetics Join Snug Aesthetics and become part of a growing, family-owned practice dedicated to elevated aesthetic medicine, natural results, exceptional patient care, and a team-first culture.
