NP/PA Aesthetic Injector Argyle, TX An established, growing medical aesthetics practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Aesthetic Injector to join its provider team. This is not an entry-level injector position. We are looking for a provider with approximately 2+ years of active, independent aesthetic injecting experience who can confidently assess, consult, and treat patients without requiring foundational injector training. The practice has an elevated, patient-focused approach centered on natural results, facial balancing, and long-term patient relationships. The right provider will combine strong clinical skills with excellent communication, professionalism, initiative, and an interest in helping grow the practice. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Independently perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments Evaluate the full face with an emphasis on facial balancing and natural outcomes Educate patients and set appropriate treatment expectations Develop long-term patient relationships and encourage appropriate rebooking and retention Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established safety protocols Work toward established provider production goals and KPIs Participate in practice marketing, social media, and educational content Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to support practice growth Potentially assist in developing future wellness services, including medical weight management and HRT Required Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas, or ability to obtain appropriate Texas licensure Approximately 2+ years of active, independent aesthetic injecting experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong consultation, facial assessment, and treatment-planning skills Ability to independently manage aesthetic patients from consultation through treatment and follow-up Professional, polished, and patient-focused communication style Comfortable participating in social media and practice marketing Team-oriented, motivated, and comfortable working in a growing practice Preferred Qualifications Strong portfolio of natural aesthetic results and before-and-after work Experience with advanced injectable treatments and facial balancing Existing professional social media presence showcasing aesthetic work Experience with medical weight management, GLP-1 programs, HRT, or other wellness services Experience working with production goals, KPIs, patient retention, or practice-growth initiatives Schedule The current patient schedule is primarily Tuesday through Friday, approximately 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus approximately one Saturday per month. The schedule and opportunity may expand as the practice continues to grow. Compensation Approximately $38-$45 per hour plus commission during the initial ramp-up period, depending on experience and qualifications. The practice uses a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding process. The compensation model is designed to become increasingly production- and commission-based as the provider becomes established.
