In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare consultations, and innovative cosmetic services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in various esthetic procedures, combined with excellent client communication, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, extractions, microneedling, waxing, LED therapy, lash/brows services, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Customized facials Delegated procedures as assigned by Medical Director and Chief Medical Office Ensure all procedures comply with safety regulations, infection control standards, and sanitation protocols to guarantee client safety. Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products. Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while respecting confidentiality. Educate clients on post-treatment care, skin health maintenance, and product recommendations to optimize results. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout all services to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Requirements Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance Adhere to all Texas TDLR regulations for licensed estheticians Follow all medspa policies and protocols and SOPs Maintain proper licensure and continuing education requirements Use only approved products and tools Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked room Follow all medspa protocols for sanitation, infection control, and documentation Assist with retail recommendations and sales Support front desk with scheduling or client flow as needed Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education Deliver an elevated, professional, luxury-level experience Educate and manage client expectations Maintain accurate client notes, charting, photos, and service history Follow all guidance, instruction, and communicate effectively with the NP/CMO Handle client concerns with discretion and professionalism Assist with inventory management and product restocking.
