Education/training :
High school graduate or GED and current certification if applicable Duties and responsibilities : Team player to help heal and care for others as our top priorities. Sense of humor, congeniality, and team player preferred Assist our Med Spa patients Greeting patients, checking in patients, and verifying insurance benefits Assists with answering the telephone, scheduling patients, providing information as requested and screening calls to the physician Prepares patients for examination and treatment by escorting them from the waiting area to the exam room and taking histories and vital signs Prepares, cleans and maintains exam and treatment rooms Knowledge of examination, diagnostic and treatment room procedures Gives injections and performs blood draws; assists with EKGs, OB/GYN exams; and provides other patient care services as directed Maintains sample medication records, administers medication upon physician order and phones in pharmacy orders as requested Prepares and maintains clinical supplies and equipment Assists with scheduling tests and treatments, pre-certifying patients for hospital care and/or procedures, and processing referrals to other providers Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional certifications Compiles and condenses technical and statistical data for reports and records Maintains strict confidentiality Treats staff, physicians, visitors and patients with dignity and respect Performs other related work as required Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly in emergency situations Ability to read, write and communicate effectively orally and in writing Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions The position may cause frequent exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinical environment.

We are a luxury family medicine and esthetics office that wants the best for our team, community and patients. Hours Monday -Thursday 7:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:30pm. Friday 8:00am-3:30pm.
