This position is primarily a front-of-house role , focused on creating an exceptional client experience from the moment guests walk through our doors until they leave. While your primary responsibility will be guest relations, scheduling, retail, and client education, you will also serve as a backup Licensed Esthetician , performing treatments when needed to help support the clinical team during busy schedules, vacations, or staff absences. Primary Responsibilities - Guest Relations As the face of About Face Anti-Aging Institute, you will: Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Build genuine relationships with clients and ensure every visit exceeds expectations. Answer phones, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider schedules. Educate clients on our services, memberships, treatment plans, and skincare products. Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products based on client needs. Process payments, memberships, financing applications, and check clients in and out. Assist with managing provider schedules and appointment confirmations. Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, luxury front office environment. Assist with social media content, marketing promotions, and client follow-up as needed. Secondary Responsibilities - Licensed Esthetician When needed, you will: Perform professional facials and HydroPlus treatments. Perform dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, IPL, and other esthetic laser treatments (training available if needed). Educate clients on proper pre- and post-treatment care. Recommend professional skincare products to enhance treatment results. Complete accurate documentation and treatment notes. Follow all Texas licensing requirements and clinic protocols. Team Responsibilities Every team member contributes to the overall success of the clinic by: Maintaining treatment rooms and common areas. Stocking retail and treatment supplies. Folding laundry and assisting with daily opening and closing duties. Supporting coworkers during busy periods. Creating a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment. QualificationsRequired Current Texas Esthetician License Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Passion for skincare and helping clients feel confident Willingness to learn new treatments and continuously improve Preferred Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or luxury spa Front desk or guest relations experience Experience with retail sales Experience performing facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, IPL, and esthetic laser treatments Experience with Mindbody software What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate: Loves people just as much as skincare.
