Collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven environment Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance AFLAC supplemental insurance options 401(k) with 4% employer match Generous paid time off and holidays Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans Prescribe medications and treatments as clinically appropriate Provide in-person and telehealth visits (as permitted by state regulations) Document patient care thoroughly and accurately Deliver care in patient homes, with occasional visits in SNFs or rehab facilities Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant license in Texas Master's degree from an accredited NP/PA program
Preferred:
1+ year experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
Preferred:
