Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and skilled Licensed Esthetician specializing in Medical Aesthetics to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing services with precision and care. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and retail products. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas before and after each client session. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Drive retail sales by recommending appropriate medical grade skincare products that complement treatments while fostering strong client relationships through excellent communication skills. Take before-and-after photos when appropriate. Provide a professional and welcoming patient experience Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with specialization in Medical Aesthetics. Minimum 2+ years of professional esthetician experience Laser certified with hands-on experience operating laser devices Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other esthetic services. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin types, treatment protocols, product recommendations, spa services, and advanced esthetic techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and clearly explain treatment options. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all procedures. Ability to promote retail sales through effective client consultation and product recommendations. A professional attitude combined with enthusiasm for ongoing learning in the field of aesthetic treatments. Comfortable appearing in and/or creating social media content. Established social media preferred. Motivated to build and maintain a loyal patient clientele. Must be available to work 3 days per week. Spanish-speaking preferred . We are looking for someone who wants more than simply performing treatments, we want someone interested in growing their clientele, developing strong patient relationships, and becoming a long term part of our practice. Compensation Hourly pay + commission Compensation will include an hourly base rate in addition to commission on services and/or sales. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
