Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part Time Esthetic Instructor to join our dynamic beauty education team. In this role, you will inspire and guide students through comprehensive skincare and aesthetic treatments, fostering their skills and confidence in the beauty industry. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of beauty professionals by delivering engaging lessons, supervising practical applications, and mentoring students in a supportive learning environment. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to share your industry knowledge while empowering aspiring estheticians to excel. Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom lessons on skincare, esthetic treatments, and related beauty techniques, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions to ensure proper technique, safety, and professionalism Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment that complies with health regulations and safety protocols Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in aesthetics and cosmetology Support student success through individualized coaching, motivation, and guidance on career pathways in the beauty industry Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, massage therapy, hair styling, cosmetology, or related fields Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments and body therapies such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage Hands-on experience with esthetic laser treatments, facial techniques, nail care, makeup application, hair extensions, coloring, threading, waxing, and eyelash extensions Previous classroom or training experience with adult learners or students is highly preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts clearly and engagingly Demonstrated ability to mentor students effectively while fostering a positive learning environment Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to aesthetic procedures and salon environments Certification or licensure in esthetics or cosmetology required; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced skin therapies are a plus Join us as a Part Time Esthetic Instructor to make a lasting impact on future beauty professionals!
