Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including customized facials, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide expert advice on skincare products and treatments, and maintain detailed medical records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment by following all sanitation procedures and infection control guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends in esthetic laser treatments and new aesthetic innovations to continually enhance service offerings. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services by educating clients about their benefits in a friendly and professional manner. Skills Strong knowledge of available aesthetic treatments with the ability to explain and sell services to new clientele. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to understand individual needs and deliver personalized recommendations. Friendly and inviting demeanor, with strong customer service skills to make patients feel welcomed and build trust. Competence in using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of medical history and treatment details. Knowledge of aesthetic and laser treatments and dermabrasion techniques to provide advanced skincare options. Sales skills combined with a friendly approach to educate clients about products and services that suit their needs. Bilingual preferred.
