Who We Are Looking For Whether your background is as a medical esthetician, a laser hair removal technician, or a laser specialist, we want to hear from you. Your title matters less than your hands-on experience. If you have performed all or most of the treatments below on our devices or comparable ones, you may be the perfect fit for our part-time evening team. Experience We Are Looking For Clarity II Laser. Laser hair removal, laser vein and spider vein treatment, and Laser Genesis facials. Resurfacing & Tightening. LaseMD Ultra or a similar resurfacing laser, and XERF or a similar RF tightening device. Microneedling. SkinPen microneedling and Secret RF microneedling. Facials & Skin Treatments. HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, VI Peel, and customized relaxing facials. What You Bring Active Texas esthetician license (TDLR) and/or Texas laser hair removal certification (DSHS), as applicable to your role 2+ years of hands-on experience in a medical spa, laser center, or dermatology setting Proven experience on all or most of the devices and treatments listed above, or comparable devices Strong consultation skills: skin assessment, treatment planning, and retail recommendations Comfort working toward goals for rebooking, retail, and add-on services Accurate, same-day charting and before-and-after photography with documented consent A polished, warm, and professional presence with every client Bonus Opportunity Great with social media?
