The Pampered Peach Wax Bar is seeking a skilled and passionate Peachologist to join our team. The Peachologist will be responsible for providing professional waxing services to clients in a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waxing, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform waxing services on clients, including but not limited to facial waxing, body waxing, and Brazilian waxing. Conduct pre-service consultations with clients to discuss their needs and expectations, and recommend appropriate services and products. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations. Prepare clients for waxing services, including ensuring their comfort and privacy. Provide clients with aftercare instructions and recommend suitable products to help maintain results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new waxing techniques to provide the best possible services. Maintain accurate and complete client records, including details of services provided and any special requirements. Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the salon or spa. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Support other team members and assist with salon or spa operations as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred. State licensure or certification as required by local regulations. Proven experience in waxing, including Brazilian waxing and other advanced techniques. Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality services. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
