Job Description
Job Overview Evermore Aesthetics is seeking a passionate, experienced, and personable Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while creating a luxurious, relaxing, and results-driven experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is confident in performing advanced facial treatments, educating patients on skincare, recommending appropriate treatments, and helping grow the practice by building lasting patient relationships. Experience in medical aesthetics is preferred. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services tailored to each patient's needs. Provide a welcoming, relaxing, and luxury "pamper" experience that encourages patient loyalty and referrals. Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on skincare products and recommend appropriate home-care regimens. Confidently recommend and discuss additional aesthetic services available at Evermore Aesthetics. Introduce patients to advanced technologies, including: Morpheus8 BTL aesthetic devices (EMFACE®, EMSCULPT NEO®, EMSELLA®, EXION®, or other BTL technologies offered by the practice) Cross-sell complementary treatments to maximize patient outcomes. Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term skincare maintenance. Assist in generating new business through excellent patient experiences, referrals, and community engagement. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records. Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas licensing requirements. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory to the highest standards. Collaborate with physicians and the aesthetic team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Qualifications Current Texas Aesthetician or Esthetician License required. Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredient recommendations. Sales experience with retail skincare products is highly preferred. Experience with advanced aesthetic devices is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient care. Preferred Skills Experience performing advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other non-invasive skincare treatments. Experience educating patients on treatment packages and skincare memberships. Comfortable discussing treatment options and creating customized aesthetic plans. Strong retail sales abilities with a focus on patient education rather than high-pressure sales.
