Esthetics Educator Job Description Seeking energetic, experienced Esthetician to lead tomorrow's future Esthetics professionals. Enjoy weekends off? We do too! Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule. We are currently hiring for our day and evening shifts. Key Responsibilities Passionately educate students on the art and science of skincare, makeup, lash & brow care, waxing, sanitation, anatomy & physiology, and marketable business skills. You're not just teaching technique, you're building confidence, creativity and careers! Your commitment empowers the next generation to succeed. We are honored when students choose us to be a part of their learning journey. An ideal educator will energize the classroom and always keep engagement with students at a high level. Learning should be enjoyable! Encourage students to build their clientele while in school to ensure a positive start to their professional career post-graduation. The clinic is a great place for students to hone their skills with your help. Counsel students on attendance and grades to stay on track toward graduation requirements. Occasionally an educator may help with ringing clients out if the receptionist is unavailable. Required Qualifications Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License required. Experience in the field as a licensed Esthetician. Providing a portfolio showcasing your talent would be a helpful inclusion with your resume. Preferred Qualifications Instructor experience is preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred for effective communication with diverse clientele Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay starting at $18 per hour and up depending on experience as an educator.
