Operate salon software systems like FRESHA to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring all treatment areas adhere to health regulations. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role; license in Cosmetology or Esthetics required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Understanding of sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
