Duties Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, hydrafacials, chemical Provide spa services such as superficial aesthetic treatments that enhance clients' appearance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support their ongoing beauty goals. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures, and deliver personalized care that exceeds expectations. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatment packages to boost client satisfaction and business growth. Requirements Proven experience in skincare, facials, and esthetic treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion and refer patients to physicians for more invasive procedures within the office. Certification or license in cosmetology or esthetics as required by state regulations. Knowledge of spa services, dermabrasion techniques, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Commitment to sanitation and maintaining a clean treatment environment at all times. Excellent communication skills for client consultations, product education, and team collaboration.
