We have an extremely well-equipped medical spa with all of the latest equipments from Cutera including the Xeo laser, Secret RF, TruSculpt ID and TruFlex. Related experience as a plus whether has been gained from a dermatology or plastic surgery office or from a medical spa. However, attitude is the most important attribute that we are looking for. With these 4 devices, there are a multitude of highly beneficial treatments that we can offer our patients with a high margin of safety. What sets our medical spa apart is that there is an in-house plastic surgeon that is the owner and Medical Director of the Spa as well as the laser safety officer. We will provide the Esthetician anything that they need in order to make their tenure here a success including technical support, any necessary supplies and clinical guidance from the medical director. In addition, the Medical Director is very approachable and provides a helpful and friendly work environment. Here are the attributes and skills that we are looking for: 1. The applicant needs to have good basic computer skills and to know how to document treatments on an EMR program. The successful applicant will get support and training in the use of our EMR. Prior experiences working in a medical office are preferred. 2. Drive sales (by educating clients) of both services and retail products while delivering superior customer service. 3. Must be up-to-date on the latest medical spa products and services. Able to perform treatments such as facials, derma planing, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, IPL, non surgical body contouring etc while educating clients on home regimen/ pre and post care. Lymphatic Massage skill is a plus. 4. Must be able to market herself in order to gain and retain clientele. 5. Must be responsible to respond all direct messages in a timely manner. 6. Must have valid and active Esthetician license and Laser License.
