We're looking for someone who is confident, professional, personable, and passionate about corrective skincare and creating a high-quality client experience. Our approach is highly customized, no two clients or treatment plans are exactly the same. What You'll Be Doing Performing customized facials and advanced skincare treatments Performing laser treatments within your scope and certifications Chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and combination treatments Conducting thorough client consultations and developing customized treatment plans Educating clients on treatments, home care and product recommendations Building and maintaining strong client relationships Maintaining accurate client documentation and treatment notes Helping maintain NouraLux's elevated, welcoming and professional environment What We're Looking For Current Texas Esthetician License Current Laser Technician License Hands-on experience performing aesthetic treatments Strong consultation and client communication skills Comfortable recommending treatment plans and retail skincare based on client needs Reliable, professional and able to work independently Someone interested in growing their clientele and being part of a growing practice Experience with Aerolase, microneedling, chemical peels and corrective skincare is a plus. Compensation This position is primarily commission-based, with commission varying by service performed. Schedule Part-time to start with the opportunity to grow as your clientele and schedule build.
