The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' beauty and well-being through various injectable treatments. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Duties Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with established protocols. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment experience. Maintain accurate client records and documentation of treatments administered. Upsell additional services and products that align with clients' goals and enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client journey from consultation to follow-up care. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education and training. Assist in product demonstrations and educate clients on post-treatment care. Qualifications Valid Injector license with relevant certification in aesthetic injectables preferred. Experience in a med spa or cosmetic setting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and client trust. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients. A background in nursing, cosmetology or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
