Plano Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is a well-established plastic surgery and medical spa practice offering injectables, laser treatments, and aesthetic medical spa services. We're looking for an experienced, skilled injector to join our growing team.Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed medical professional (RN, NP, PA-C, or physician) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on injector experience to perform neuromodulator (Botox/Dysport/etc.) and dermal filler treatments, along with other aesthetic procedures as applicable to your scope of practice.Requirements:
Active, unrestricted license in the applicable field (RN, NP, PA-C, or MD/DO) in the state of Texas Minimum 3 years of experience performing injectable treatments (neuromodulators and dermal fillers required) Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injection techniques Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Proven ability to build and retain a loyal patient base (important given commission-only structure) Reliable, professional, and team-orientedPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional med spa modalities (laser, skin resurfacing, body contouring, etc.) Existing aesthetic patient following in the DFW area Certifications/training from recognized injector training programsCompensation:
Full-time, commission-only structure — no base salary 25% commission on services performed Strong earning potential for injectors with an established client base or fast client-building ability Part-time with commission possible How toApply:
