You will perform skincare treatments, support daily operations, assist with front desk, and help provide an excellent client experience. As an integral part of our med spa environment, you will utilize your expertise in esthetics, skincare, and cosmetic procedures to create personalized experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and radiant. ) Conduct skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care Maintain a clean and organized treatment room following Texas board and sanitation standards Participate in social media and marketing content, including reels, advertisements, promotional videos, and skits. Maintain and actively promote your own professional social media presence to attract and build your clientele (CWW will provide and refer clients, however, estheticians are also expected to actively market themselves and contribute to growing their own client base. Document services accurately in Vagaro Answer phone calls and inquiries related to aesthetic services Schedule and book clients within your designated work schedule Assist with client communication and follow-up Experience Active Texas Esthetician License Minimum of 2 years of professional esthetics experience required. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about various procedures and products. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Interest and passion about skincare, wellness, and the medical spa field Additional certifications (laser, body sculpting, etc.) are a plus!
