The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, client care, and continued education in medical-grade skincare and treatments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other aesthetic services. Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and post-care instructions. Assist with consultations and collaborate with nurse injectors and medical providers on treatment plans. Recommend appropriate retail products and maintain a strong understanding of skincare lines offered. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with med spa safety and sanitation standards. Support front desk team as needed with client check-ins, scheduling, and other operational duties.
