Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, which may include: Laser Hair Removal IPL Photofacials RF Microneedling Medical-grade facials Chemical Peels Dermaplaning HydraFacial® treatments Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and home skincare protocols. Recommend medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages that support optimal results. Document treatments accurately while maintaining the highest clinical and safety standards. Maintain treatment rooms, laser equipment, and appropriate safety protocols. Support practice growth through exceptional patient retention and referrals. Participate in educational content, before-and-after photography, and occasional social media content. Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications Current Texas Aesthetician/Esthetician License Appropriate Texas laser certification/licensure required for treatments performed Minimum 2 years of medical aesthetics experience preferred Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is highly desirable. Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping patients achieve natural-looking results. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Coachable, dependable, positive, and growth-oriented. Comfortable discussing comprehensive treatment plans, packages, memberships, and retail skincare recommendations. Experience with HydraFacial®, SkinBetter Science®, SkinCeuticals®, Alastin®, or other medical-grade skincare lines is a plus. EMR or aesthetic practice software experience is preferred.
