Licensed Esthetician - Medical Spa - 3-5yrs Experience. We are a growing, fast-paced Medical Spa seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a medical spa setting and possess strong knowledge of clinical flow, patient experience, skincare treatments, and aesthetic procedures. Experience with lasers, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) support, weight loss programs, and wellness-based patient care is highly preferred. This position requires someone who is confident, team-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and results.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional skincare consultations and treatments Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare products, and post-care instructions Assist with and support medical aesthetic procedures Understand and maintain efficient med spa clinical flow Support providers with patient coordination and treatment preparation Maintain accurate charting and documentation within EMR systems Assist with wellness services including weight loss and HRT patient workflows Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards throughout the clinic Build strong patient relationships and encourage treatment plan compliance

Preferred Experience:

3-5 years of Medical Spa experience required Experience with laser treatments preferred Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments Familiarity with HRT, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, and wellness services preferred Experience with EMR/EHR systems Strong understanding of patient flow and clinical operations Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications:

Active Esthetician License required Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong sales confidence without aggressive sales tactics Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
