Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations. Utilize salon management software, Square for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking. Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships. Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and ensuring every client leaves satisfied. Skills Proficiency in advanced esthetic procedures. Strong management skills with experience overseeing daily operations in a med spa setting. Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments with TShape 2 procedures and skin care routines. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Experience in retail sales with an emphasis on upselling premium products and services. Skilled in customer service with a friendly approach that fosters guest loyalty.
