Renew MD Facial Aesthetics

Aesthetic Injector

Job Description

Renew MD Facial Aesthetics is a physician-led practice in Southlake known for warm, high-touch patient care, natural-looking results, and thoughtful clinical judgment. We are growing our injector team and looking for an experienced clinician who shares our standards for safety, artistry, and patient trust. The Role You will care for established and new patients across a full menu of neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid and biostimulator fillers, and adjunctive treatments. This is hands-on clinical work in a supportive, physician-led environment where careful assessment, honest recommendations, and long-term patient relationships matter as much as technical skill. What You Will Do Consultation and Aesthetic Assessment Conduct thorough facial assessments, including anatomic evaluation, symmetry, proportion, skin quality, and dynamic movement. Listen first — understand each patient's concerns, goals, timeline, and budget before recommending treatment. Build individualized treatment plans that may span multiple visits or modalities, and explain the plan in language patients understand. Set realistic expectations regarding onset, longevity, settling, swelling, bruising, and possible retreatment. Medical Assessment and Patient Safety Complete a focused medical history and medication review at every visit, including anticoagulants, supplements, autoimmune conditions, prior aesthetic history, and relevant contraindications. Screen for BDD, unrealistic expectations, and situations that warrant deferral or a physician conversation. Recognize, manage, and escalate adverse events — including vascular occlusion, hypersensitivity, and infection — per Renew MD protocols. Maintain sterile technique, informed consent, and photo documentation on every treatment. Clinical Treatment Deliver neuromodulator, dermal filler, and biostimulator treatments with precision and an eye for balanced, natural-looking results. Educate patients and recommend adjunctive services within scope and training (which may include microneedling, PRX, PRP, chemical peels, or device-based treatments depending on patient's goals and evaluations. Follow evidence-based dosing, layering, and product-selection practices consistent with Renew MD standards. Documentation and Follow-Up Chart accurately and completely in Zenoti, including product lot numbers, injection sites, volumes, and consent. Complete standardized before/after photography. Provide warm, non-pushy follow-up — reassure patients, answer questions, and invite reassessment when appropriate. Team and Practice Contribution Collaborate closely with Dr. Gordon, aesthetician/laser technologist providers, and front-desk team on patient care and scheduling. Participate in case reviews, protocol updates, and continuing education. Represent Renew MD's physician-led, patient-first brand in every interaction. What We Are Looking For Required Active Texas license as an NP, PA, or RN in good standing. NP or PA strongly preferred; experienced RNs will be considered. Minimum 3 years of active injection experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers/biostimulators in an aesthetics setting. Demonstrated proficiency across full-face treatment, including advanced areas. Strong facial anatomy knowledge and confident vascular-safety awareness. Current BLS certification. Meticulous documentation habits and comfort with EMR-based charting. Preferred NP or PA certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent). Formal advanced injectable training (Allergan, Galderma, Merz, IAPAM, AAFE, or equivalent). Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse), and familiarity with adjunctive services such as PRX, microneedling, or laser. Established, self-motivated clinical presence and a collaborative, teachable mindset. Who Thrives Here You are experienced, self-motivated, and team-oriented. You value continual learning, thoughtful patient care, and natural-looking results. You take pride in careful assessment, honest recommendations, and building long-term patient relationships in a close-knit team. What We Offer Physician-led clinical environment with direct medical direction from Dr. Gordon. Established patient base and a premium, well-run practice. Competitive compensation (details discussed during interview). Ongoing training support and access to advanced modalities. A collegial team that genuinely enjoys the work.
