Job Description
Looking for a unicorn candidate who is a licensed aesthetician AND who has experience working at the front desk and answering phones in a medical office. The job would include all front desk duties such as checking patients in, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, going through text message and fax inbaskets, answering basic questions about insurance benefits, and checking patients out when necessary. The job would also include performing esthetician duties in a dermatology practice, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to more esthetic procedures including facials, microneedling, chemical peels, Clear and Brilliant laser, Secret RF, and laser hair removal. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as patient education and sales are a large component of the job.
