The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics , with strong hands-on experience in laser and advanced aesthetic treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing practice where exceptional patient care, professionalism, and results-driven treatments are our top priorities. Responsibilities Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments safely and effectively. Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on each patient's skin and aesthetic goals.

Perform and demonstrate proficiency in:

Laser and light-based treatments, including Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Chemical peels Microneedling CoolSculpting Hydrafacial Waxing Lash tinting and lifting Educate patients regarding treatment plans, skincare routines, and appropriate medical-grade skincare products. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Follow all safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols. Build strong relationships with patients and provide an exceptional patient experience. Promote appropriate skincare products and services while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Work collaboratively with the dermatology team and physicians. Qualifications Current state-licensed Medical Aesthetician/Esthetician license. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical aesthetics. Demonstrated experience with laser and light-based aesthetic treatments. Proficiency with the procedures listed above. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. Exceptional attention to detail. Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and patient care.
