Job Summary Our Wellness Technician is responsible for safely delivering all of our therapies, modalities, and services while providing an exceptional client experience. This role requires a strong focus on safety, client education, and service quality. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about health, recovery, and overall wellness. Candidate must have a strong work ethic. Duties Client Care & Experience Welcome clients and guide them through wellness services and procedures Educate clients on therapies, modalities and services so they understand the benefits and expectations Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each session Monitor clients during treatments and respond promptly to concerns Maintain a professional, calming, and supportive demeanor Treatment & Technical Duties Operate all equipment according to training and protocols Perform pre-treatment screenings, consent verification, and contraindication checks Properly prepare clients for sessions (instructions, apparel, positioning) Accurately document treatments and client notes in Charts Follow all safety procedures, emergency protocols, and manufacturer guidelines Sales & Client Retention Support Educate clients on memberships, packages, and recommended service plans Encourage repeat visits and long-term wellness plans Educate clients on services they have not experienced Support front desk staff in promoting services and add-ons when appropriate Clinic Operations & Cleanliness Clean, sanitize, and reset equipment and treatment rooms between clients Assist with laundry, stocking towels, and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Assist with opening and closing procedures Compliance & Safety Adhere to all clinic policies, OSHA standards, and safety guidelines Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality Stay current on training, certifications, and best practices Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately Complete the Texas Cryoworks Google classroom training program Periodically review training materials in Google classroom to continue learning Skills Passion for promoting holistic wellness through active engagement and positive reinforcement Excellent communication skills Strong work ethic Works well in a team environment Customer service experience Emotional intelligence Desire to help people
