Full Job Description Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team and deliver stunning, natural results using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and advanced techniques like full facial balancing and cannula work. You'll consult with clients, craft personalized treatment plans, and build lasting relationships — all while growing your presence on social media and staying on the cutting edge of aesthetic medicine. Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations, including full facial assessment and treatment planning Administer injectable treatments, including: Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) Dermal fillers (full-face, lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, under eyes) Biostimulatory injectables (e.g., Sculptra, Radiesse) Advanced techniques (full facial balancing, cannula use, layering techniques) Customize treatment plans based on patient anatomy, goals, and safety considerations Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation, including photos and treatment records Manage and respond to complications appropriately and in a timely manner Build and maintain long-term patient relationships to support retention and trust Be present on social media to grow clientele Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes and clinic growth Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing educationRequirements:
Active and unrestrictedRN, NP, PA
in the state of practice Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in aesthetic injecting Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, assessment, and aesthetic consultation Experience performing comprehensive patient consultations and treatment Excellent communication and patient education skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and outcomes Professional, polished bedside manner with a strong focus on guest experience Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Willingness to continue advanced education and training in aesthetic medicine E04JI802s7ag4095lv3Similar remote jobs
