Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care. Administer spa services such as waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and nail care to provide comprehensive client experiences. Conduct esthetic treatments safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols and sanitation standards. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Maintain impeccable sanitation practices throughout all procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Engage with clients through clear communication and personalized consultations to enhance their overall experience. Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic treatments that meet client needs. Experience Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions. Hands-on experience with spa services including waxing (body waxing), massage, makeup application, and nail care. Familiarity with esthetic treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Demonstrated ability to educate clients about skincare products and treatments while driving retail sales initiatives.
