Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Master Esthetician to elevate our skincare and aesthetic services In our Medical Spa. In this role, you will deliver exceptional facial treatments, advanced skin therapies, laser hair removal, tattoo removal and more while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized consultations and innovative treatments. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser hair removal, tattoo removal and more. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support ongoing skin health and beauty goals. Conduct product demos and provide detailed explanations of aesthetic treatments to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty. Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments that align with client needs while ensuring a welcoming environment. Experience Proven experience as a Master Esthetician or similar role within a spa or skincare clinic. Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment at all times. Ability to educate clients on aesthetic treatments and skincare products confidently. Sales experience related to retail product promotion within a beauty or skincare setting is highly desirable. Pay will be based on experience, and will be an hourly/commission based pay.
