The Role We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Esthetician with at least 3 years of experience to perform advanced skincare treatments that complement our injectable services. MANDATORY APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

You must have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience.

Social Media Hustle:

You must have an active, professional social media account showcasing your work, with a proven track record of consistent posting and brand building. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced clinical skin treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplanning, and medical-grade facials). Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized long-term treatment plans. Educate patients on medical-grade skincare regimens (retail integration). Collaborate with our medical injectors to provide a holistic approach to patient goals. Maintain impeccable room sanitation and follow all medical board safety protocols. Assist in content creation for social media to showcase results and expertise.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 3 years as a Licensed Esthetician (Medspa experience preferred).

Licensure:

Active State Board of Cosmetology or Esthetics license.

Expertise:

Deep knowledge of skin histology and experience with medical-grade product lines.
