We are looking for someone who is not afraid to sell. You should be comfortable recommending premium treatments, presenting packages and memberships, discussing pricing, following up with leads, and asking for the sale. Your Main Focus This is a sales-focused position. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust with clients and generate sales.

You will:

Conduct professional client consultations Understand each client's skincare and aesthetic goals Recommend the right treatments and treatment plans Sell individual services, memberships, and premium treatment packages Confidently present packages ranging from $1,000-$5,000+ Follow up with leads and clients who have not yet purchased Rebook existing clients and identify additional treatment opportunities Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Maintain an exceptional, luxury-level client experience Who We Want We are looking for someone who is: A Licensed Esthetician Naturally confident and comfortable with sales Experienced in closing higher-ticket services or packages Energetic, positive, professional, and goal-oriented Excellent at communicating and building relationships Comfortable working toward sales goals Motivated by commission and earning potential Reliable and accountable Experienced in a spa, med spa, aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or luxury sales environment preferred Compensation Hourly Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses The right person will have the opportunity to significantly increase their income through sales performance.
